Quansheng is one of China's leading handheld transceiver manufacturers - their TG-UV2 dual bander was the first Chinese handheld of its kind to achieve CE certification back in 2008.

Following in the footsteps of the legendary TG-UV2 is the new UV-R50, boasting build quality and performance that's a cut above most of its competitors at a price that won't break the bank.

The UV-R50 is CE- and FCC-approved and ROHS compliant. Key features include a robust black plastic housing, an excellent dual band antenna measuring approximately 165 mm in length, and a 7.2 V lithium-ion battery with a 2000 mAh rating.  

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE UV-R50 IS SUPPLIED WITH A TWO-PIN EURO STYLE PSU. A TWO-TO-THREE-PIN ADAPTER (SUCH AS A SHAVER ADAPTER) IS REQUIRED FOR USE IN THE UK.
