Postage & packing costs are calculated by weight. To see the exact shipping cost, place the item/s you wish to purchase in your shopping cart, click the "estimate shipping" button, enter any required address/postcode details, and the cost of shipping will be displayed.
In all cases the postage & packaging charge includes insurance, and we obtain proof of posting or a tracking number from Royal Mail or the courier company.
Orders received before 2 pm are usually shipped the same day (Mon-Fri). Orders received later than this will normally be shipped the following working day. We don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays as we are closed on those days.
Please remember that Royal Mail's Tracked service is not a guaranteed delivery service - the average delivery time for Tracked 48 is two to three working days, although items sent in this way can take up to 10 working days to arrive in exceptional cases.
Royal Mail will not consider a domestic postal item lost until 15 working days from date of dispatch, and we are unable to claim from them for a lost item or send out a replacement until this period has elapsed.
Europe & Rest of the World:
Orders are sent by International Tracked Airmail.
The average delivery time for items posted via International Tracked Airmail is 3-5 working days within the EU and 5-10 working days for the rest of the world, but it can take longer if items are subject to additional customs- and/or security checks when they reach the destination country.
Postal deliveries to South America, the Russian Federation & many East European countries invariably take much longer, and a delivery time of six weeks or even longer is not unusual.
Royal Mail will not consider an international postal item lost until 25 working days have elapsed, and we are unable to claim from them for a lost item or send out a replacement until this period has elapsed.
