Refunds & Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in all its original unopened packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@sinotel.co.uk.  Please provide your odrer number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted we’ll send you an RMA number with return instructions.  Please do not return an item to us without first contacting us. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we advise that you use a tracked service as no refund can be given for an item that is damaged or lost in transit. If the item is being returned due to our error we will refund the cost of return postage up to a maximum of the original shipping cost.  Please write your returns number clearly on the outside of the parcel, and include a copy of your original invoice with the returned item. This helps us to process your return as quickly as possible.

VERY IMPORTANT: If you are returning an item from outside of the UK, the package will require a customs label. Please write clearly on it: “ITEM BEING RETURNED TO SELLER FOR REFUND.” If you don’t do this, UK customs may attempt to charge us customs duty on the item. If that happens we will not be able to accept the delivery, and the item will be returned to you by the postal service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@sinotel.co.uk

We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied if this loss is as a result of unnecessary handling by you. Please note that refunds cannot be made for items that have been damaged due to customer abuse/misuse or modified in any way.
